Liverpool fans are looking up with interest here in the Football Transfer Tavern as they hear from Metro that Raheem Sterling is set to put his house on the market.
As one of our punters notes, that does not bode well for the contract talks between Sterling and the Reds, and given the fact that he is reportedly also looking for a house in London, we think this could well offer hope for both Arsenal and Chelsea, who are keeping track of Sterling’s situation ahead of a possible move this summer.
We think that Sterling could well be on his way and Liverpool would certainly be better off selling him – even to a rival – than letting him go on a free.
