With Ronald Koeman signing players left, right and centre, Everton fans are at a loss at just how their team will line up next season.
They do know who won’t be making the starting XI – Romelu Lukaku. The club have seen him move to Manchester United with Wayne Rooney coming the other way.

However, Lukaku’s goals may not be missed. Ronald Koeman has got Bill Kenwright and new co-owner Farhad Moshiri to cough up the cash and the Dutchman already has five new additions to his side.
Arsenal target Henry Onyekuru has joined from KAS Eupen whilst the likes of Davy Klaassen will also be expected to add goals from midfield.
Those already at Goodison may be wondering what it’s going to take to break into this extremely competitive side.
We’ve outlined TWO players who seriously need to impress Ronald Koeman during pre-season…
Tom Davies

The youngster impressed last season as his youthful exuberance became infectious on his teammates.
But now Davies will not only have to see off competition from current stars Morgan Schneiderlin, James McCarthy, Gareth Barry and Idrissa Gueye, but also new recruits Davy Klaasen and Jose Baxter.
This could be the season where Davies’ Everton career really takes off, or sees him fall into obscurity.
Kevin Mirallas

After a mediocre season, the Belgium international might not be part of Ronald Koeman’s long-term plans at Goodison Park and could well be on the move this summer.
Mirallas’ poor form saw him dropped to the bench by Koeman as the Toffees boss opted for youth over experience.
If he stays, the Belgian will have to prove his value in the club’s pre-season, which includes a friendly in Tanzania.
