Lots of Manchester City fans have been reacting to transfer reports suggesting that Angelino could be sold and duly called on the club to propose a swap deal as a result.
According to Sport Bild [via Sport Witness], RB Leipzig are keen to sign the on-loan defender permanently after his current deal expires in the summer but might not be able to stump up the €22m (£19.44m) required by 15 June to make that happen. The update was later shared on Twitter by @City_Chief.

The 23-year-old was brought back to Manchester City from PSV Eindhoven last summer but played in only 12 games in all competitions before being loaned out to RB Leipzig in January, with initial reports of the German club’s interest in a permanent transfer invoking an angry response from some City fans.
The Premier League champions are reportedly interested in one of Leipzig’s players, with Bleacher Report claiming that they have their eyes on centre-back Dayot Upamecano, whose valuation was reduced from €60m (£52.28m) to €40m (£34.85m) in recent days, according to Sport Bild.
These Manchester City fans on Twitter demanded that Angelino should only be allowed to leave permanently if Upamecano is signed from RB Leipzig – one City supporter went as far as calling director of football Txiki Begiristain “useless at his job” after the reports emerged.

Man City fans, should the club even consider selling Angelino outright? Do you think he could potentially be used as a pawn to try and bring Upamecano to the Etihad? Comment below with your views!
