Man Utd fans don’t want Harry Maguire to move to Old Trafford

Man Utd’s defensive problems are well documented. The Red Devils haven’t had a solid central defensive pairing for a few years now, and not even Jose Mourinho has been able to solve the problems.

It’s beginning to really hold them back, and so it will come as no surprise that the club are eager to solve the issue once and for all.

According to Sky Sports, Harry Maguire is catching the eyes of the Red Devils, with a move of around £65 million apparently interesting the club. Maguire currently plays for Leicester City, but he rose to prominence earlier this summer for his excellent performances for England at the World Cup.

He was solid last season in the Premier League, though it’s fair to say that he didn’t attract as much attention as he did during the summer. Still, he remains one of Leicester City’s most important players, and he’s a regular starter at the King Power.

Man Utd fans online, though, aren’t convinced that he’s the man for the club. Indeed, they’re fearing that his World Cup performances have inflated his value – and many aren’t eager to see him join.
