Manchester City: Fans beg club not to sell Gabriel Jesus amid potential Juventus interest

According to a report from Italian outlet Tuttosport via Sport Witness, Serie A giants Juventus could swoop for Gabriel Jesus as a fall-back option if they fail to capture Tottenham star Harry Kane – with many Sky Blues supporters urging their club to ignore the interest.

Jesus, who has bagged 10 goals and four assists in the Premier League over 24 starts this season (WhoScored), is currently attracting Juve’s attention as a backup option should they fail to land Spurs striker Kane.

The Brazilian, while averaging a relatively steady goal haul domestically this season, has definitely impressed in the Champions League – netting five goals and assisting two others over five European starts, including a headed equaliser at the Bernabeu. As a result, Juve are eyeing up the possibility of a swoop for the 22-year-old – with many Sky Blues fans imploring their club to ignore the interest. One fan even labelled Jesus as a future ‘Aguero replacement‘.
