During Manchester City’s 5-1 demolition of Atalanta on Tuesday night at the Etihad, the 24-year-old grabbed a hat-trick inside 12 minutes to put the game out of the visitors’ reach – having previously set up Sergio Aguero for his two goals earlier in the match to put the Sky Blues in control.
Indeed, it was a scintillating performance from the winger, who was at the heart of everything City did well – proving just how crucial he will be to Guardiola’s ambitions this season.
