Joao Cancelo has only started once for Manchester City since signing for the club from Juventus during the summer.

That came against Preston North End in the Carabao Cup, where he played the full 90 minutes as City went on to win 3-0, as per Transfermarkt.
So far, across the Champions League and Premier League, he has made three substitute appearances, which add up to a total of 46 minutes.
The 25-year-old has given a hint of his quality in a video which was posted on Man City’s official Twitter page:

This has got plenty of the club’s fans stating that they think the Portugal international should be starting for Pep Guardiola’s side.
Some claimed that Kyle Walker should be dropped to facilitate him, while others suggested the England international should be moved to centre-back with Cancelo being played on the right.
