Manchester City: Fans buzzing as Bernardo Silva update comes out of Eastlands -Manchester City News

Flocking to Twitter, lots of Manchester City supporters have absolutely erupted over news involving Bernardo Silva as a big claim comes out of Eastlands.

The Portuguese ace has been a revelation under Pep Guardiola this season, just winning his third club Player of the Month award in a row and proving a crucial player over 2021/22.

This comes after he was heavily linked with a move away from Manchester in the summer, with Bernardo now starting nearly every single Premier League game. As a result of his fine form, it appears that the club and sporting director Txiki Begiristain are now willing to give him his just reward.

According to The Sun, City are ready to offer the 27-year-old a new deal and make him one of the highest-paid players in the club’s history alongside the likes of Raheem Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne. Indeed, as per their information, the Sky Blues are lining up a bumper salary boost to around £300,000 per week to keep him at Eastlands.
