Manchester City: Riyad Mahrez fanbase online disturbs some supporters

After scoring an incredible solo goal to win a crucial home game against high-flying Chelsea in Manchester City’s last Premier League outing, Riyad Mahrez’s cult following gathered since bursting onto the scene with Leicester City all those years ago has been in deafening voice.

The Algerian national hero picked the ball up just outside the area before swivelling inside and curling a left-footed shot past Kepa Arrizabalaga for City’s winning strike in their 2-1 comeback.
