There are angry looks on the faces of Manchester City fans in the Football Transfer Tavern today with Manchester correspondent and man in the know from Mail Online Ian Ladyman suggesting that Sergio Aguero is considering leaving the club this summer.
City fans in the tavern are already furious after the club sacked supporters favourite Roberto Mancini just one year to the day since he led them to that famous Premier League title and the potential impending arrival of Malaga boss Manuel Pellegrini hasn’t helped matters.
Aguero scored last night for the Citizens during their 2-0 victory over Reading and second place has been secured but the 24-year-old is still pondering his future this summer.
The Argentinean is the club’s top goalscorer this term and Ladyman reports that he has spoken to his team-mates about a possible move away from the club after he grew unhappy with City’s hierarchy and personal issues off the pitch.
Losing their key striker would serve as a massive blow for Pellegrini upon his expected arrival at Eastlands as the club look to wrestle the title back off Manchester United next season.
Will Kun Aguero be off this summer or can City persuade him to stay? Rate this rumour below.
