According to a report from the BBC via the People’s Person, Manchester United could be in luck following their failed pursuit of Erling Braut Haaland – with the teenager’s move to Borussia Dortmund potentially opening the door for fellow target Jadon Sancho to leave in the summer.

Sancho, who is a product of Manchester City’s youth academy, has been shining for Dortmund in the Bundesliga since his move abroad in 2017 – scoring 26 goals and assisting 36 others in all competitions for the German club.
As a result, hosts of Premier League giants have been linked with returning him to British shores, including the Red Devils.
Although Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side eventually missed out on Haaland, his move to Signal Iduna Park has reportedly increased United’s chances of snapping up Sancho in their bid to strengthen an already in-form forward line.
Responding to the news, fans have been delighted with the prospect of signing Sancho – here’s what they had to say on Twitter.
