According to a report from Fanatik via Sport Witness, Galatasary are interested in bringing Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic to Turkey after an awful start to their season – picking up just 24 points in 16 games.

Their campaign so far looks even worse due to the fact they won the division last season, with the Turkish Super League champions currently lying in a miserable seventh spot having reigned victorious in just one of their last five outings.
Now, if this latest report is to be believed, Galatasary will be looking to remedy their average form by strengthening the squad in January – starting with United’s Matic in a bid to add defensive solidarity to their midfield.
The Serbian, who has started just two games for the club this season, partly due to injury, has found himself somewhat out of favour with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and it’s unlikely to change any time soon with the return of Paul Pogba.
As a result, supporters have begged the Turkish club to snap up Matic in January – here’s what they had to say.
