Manchester United fans flocked to Twitter to say they believe Scott McTominay should be awarded the player of the month award for October.
The Scotland international enjoyed a brilliant month with the Red Devils, scoring a goal against Norwich City, which was the club’s 2000th in the Premier League era (via MEN).

After his performance against the Canaries last weekend, he was voted as the club’s man of the match, taking home 50% of the votes (via Man Utd).
McTominay featured in six games across all competitions, winning three, drawing two and losing just one of the fixtures (via Transfermarkt).
Fans took to the social media site certain the midfielder deserved to win the award for his performances during the calendar month. One supporter said “gotta be Scott surely”, while another chose to dub the Scotland international as “McSauce”.
