Manchester United’s 2-0 defeat to Liverpool was made worse by the fact the news broke of the extent of Marcus Rashford’s injury during half time. Henry Winter of the Times tweeted that the Englishman was carrying a single stress fracture in his back and after playing against Wolves, he now has a double stress fracture.
Winter claims he’s expected to be out for two to three months, so that adds to United’s injury list which includes Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay. United Xtra on Twitter pointed out that with no replacements brought in for Marouane Fellaini, Romelu Lukaku or Ander Herrera, they need to make signings this window.
The account pleaded with the club to bring in Sporting Lisbon’s Bruno Fernandes and a striker, and lots of fans clearly agreed with the account’s sentiments. However, many responses were choosing to focus on the fact they don’t have confidence in the club’s hierarchy to bring in what they believe is required.
McTominay out
Pogba out
Rashford outNo replacement signings for Lukaku, Fellaini or Herrera.
Please United sign a player this window.
Get Bruno and bring in a striker. #MUFC

Won’t happen. Money was used to pay Glazier dividends.

You have a lot of expectations, bud. Loose it. It hurts less.

Man United fans, what do you expect your club to do during the rest of the transfer window?
