Manchester United fans have been left feeling excited by the latest update regarding ‘finished‘ defender Ashley Young.
Head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that the club’s captain will not play a part in the FA Cup replay at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers (via the Daily Express). Young has been left out of the starting XI/squad for three of the four games the club has played this year. It comes amid reports of his move to Internazionale with the Norwegian admitting the club’s injury crisis could delay his move until the summer (via The Daily Mail).
The British publication are also reporting that his departure this month means the dressing room would miss his leadership, showing his importance within the first-team. However, the latest news about his availability for tomorrow evening’s game means he could well be on his way out of Old Trafford this winter.
