Manchester United fans were bemoaning the club’s approach to the potential transfer of Bruno Fernandes after they received an update on the club’s chase of Sporting CP star.
According to The Times, the Portuguese side are holding out for €60m + €10m in add-ons (roughly £60m), while United are hopeful they will take just initial figure. The fee being reported means Fernandes will cost less former Leicester City man Harry Maguire, who was bought for £80m last summer.
One fan was feeling unhappy about the club’s ‘hope’ over the Liga Nos outfit’s demands.

After enjoying a stellar 2018/2019 season, the 25-year-old has continued his hot streak in terms of goal contributions, notching up 15 goals and 13 assists across all competitions (via Transfermarkt). In comparison to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men, the midfielder averages more shots per game (3.6) in Liga Nos than any of the United squad in the Premier League.
