Loads of Manchester United fans have been lauding goalkeeper David de Gea after he made his 300th Premier League appearance against Wolves on Saturday.
With the game ending 0-0, the day did not exactly end in success for the Spaniard and the Red Devils. However, the gap between them and fourth-placed Chelsea still remains at just six points, with De Gea helping to prevent an increase after an inspired performance against Nuno Espirito Santo’s men.
He managed to keep a clean sheet, his 105th in the Premier League, after making three saves (as per WhoScored). It is no wonder several Manchester United fans were quick to throw around words like “king” and “fabulous” after the game.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will now be hoping for more of the same when the Red Devils take on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge after the winter break.
