Manchester United: Fans praise Luke Shaw after Wolves performance

A number of Manchester United fans were left waxing lyrical after Luke Shaw’s latest performance for the club this weekend.

The left-back played the full 90 minutes as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side were held to a goalless draw with Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday night in front of an Old Trafford crowd.

Indeed, the draw meant the Red Devils would still be six points behind Chelsea in their pursuit for the final place in the top-four, although their inability to pick up all three meant Sheffield United would leapfrog them and keep Wolves level on 35.

Whilst the result will have likely been disappointing to the club’s faithful, it would seem many of them were impressed with what they saw from Shaw when taking a look at Twitter following the game.

Of course, data can always play a role in suggesting how well an individual played and it would appear the former England international had nothing but a solid outing for Solskjaer’s side.
