Manchester United: Paul Pogba transfer stance has many fans delighted as fans want him to leave

Share

According to a report by ESPN, sources have claimed that Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba expects to secure a transfer away from Old Trafford this summer – with this latest development exciting Red Devils supporters who want to see the player gone.

Pogba, who started 34 games for United last season, scoring 13 goals and assisting nine others in midfield (WhoScored), has been on the sidelines for the majority of this campaign with various ankle injuries – with these ESPN sources now claiming he expects to leave this summer.

The Frenchman’s future has also been put in doubt due to repeated rows between manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and agent Mino Raiola – with the pair exchanging jibes over the player recently.

Now, with this report coming out, many supporters want to see the back of Pogba – with lots of them tired of the on-going saga. The signing of Bruno Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon in January could also do wonders in preserving the creativity in midfield, with Pogba’s exit potentially becoming less of a damning blow as a result.
