Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has provided a fresh update for sidelined striker Marcus Rashford and some Manchester United fans have gone wild over the latest news.
Speaking to MUTV via the club’s official website, the boss revealed the England international’s recovery process has improved and he could still feature before the end of the season.
The club legend said “as [with] any player, he wants to be fit as quickly as possible and play as soon as possible.”
“The scans were encouraging. He’s now working in the gym and in the pool, and he’s moving better.”
Rashford last appeared for the Red Devils in January before succumbing to a back injury in the FA Cup third-round replay victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers. The 22-year-old has made 31 appearances for United so far this season, scoring 19 goals and 5 assists in all competitions. Indeed, currently, the centre-forward is currently valued at £72m via Transfermarkt.
Some United fans are ecstatic that the academy graduate could make a quick recovery, with the club in the hunt for a top-four finish in the Premier League.
What a massive boost a returning Rashford would be. Bruno’s game will be raised to another level (if that’s possible) and will ease the burden on Martial

Imagine the scenes if rashford is back for our final 4/5 games and somehow wins golden boot. Unlikely, but possible with the fact that he scored 14 in the league with periera and Lingard as the creators and now we got Bruno and pogba coming back https://t.co/bxDROelBU0
