Liverpool: Fans shocked by reported Kylian Mbappe bid

Kylian Mbappe is one of the best players on the planet – it is only right that one of the best sides in the world, Liverpool, would have an interest in him.

This season alone, he already has 30 goals in 33 matches to his name, which has seen his overall tally at PSG rise to 90 strikes in 120 appearances. He has previously won the European Golden Boy award, and is also a World Cup winner, having lifted said trophy with France in 2018. He has achieved all of this by the age of 21, as well – it is only a matter of time before he is named Ballon d’Or winner, it would appear.

Of course, the former Monaco man wouldn’t come cheap. Julien Laurens of ESPN said a few months ago that he would cost €300m (£262.1m) and, although the current pandemic has knocked down market values, he is still said to be worth £162m as per Transfermarkt.
