He may not be scoring on the pitch for Liverpool, but Alberto Aquilani has certainly been scoring off it. The perma-crocked Italian midfielder is engaged to Italian beauty Michela Quattrociocche, a 21 year old actress and star in Italy.
Michela shot to fame in 2008, starring in the hit film “Scusa ma ti chiamo amore” (Sorry if I love you). She is also a model, having appeared in the Italian edition of Maxim, among others. Michela got engaged to the former Roma midfielder in late 2008 and has moved to Liverpool with Aquilani. Rumours were rife that Michela was set to knock Steven Gerrard’s wife Alex Curran off her perch as Liverpool’s top WAG when she came to England.
She may be an actress, but it seems like Michela has been borrowing some of her lines from her film to speak about her relationship with Aquilani:
“Alberto is the most important love story in my life. Ours is a connection like one in a film.
I dream of marrying him one day. Ours is a love that gives your cramps in the stomach.”
