Arsenal should be preparing themselves to be active in the transfer window as they look to replace the outgoing Aaron Ramsey.
The Wales international looks set to leave the Gunners this summer when his contract expires and Unai Emery’s side will need to fill the gap that will be made by his absence.
The midfielder has also put in a number of solid displays for the Italian national side in the Nations League, leading to an increased interest in him, with the likes of AC and Inter Milan both set to fight it out for the 21-year-old.
The Verdict:

Ramsey appears to be on his way out of Arsenal and Emery will need to act quickly to bring someone in and fill the void.
Barella would certainly be an exciting option for the north London side this summer, although it is believed he could cost them upwards of €40million to sign him, which has put potential suitors off in the past.
The midfielder is widely regarded as one of the most promising in Europe and scouts are thought to have noted the qualities he has when they watched him in action.
The Gunners will have some stiff competition from clubs in Italy though and it remains to be seen if the 21-year-old will be happy to leave the country, let alone Cagliari at this early stage in his career.
