It is around this time of year when the new kits for the upcoming season are released.
Of course, this time around we find ourselves in a new situation with the pandemic which has caused so many problems across the planet, including in the football world, but things will eventually go back to normal – this is just delaying that.

Earlier this year, Liverpool confirmed that they will be entering into a new deal with Nike in terms of making their kits after ending their association with New Balance – only after a nasty legal battle, though. As such, they will be making the Reds’ shirt next season, and Footy Headlines have leaked what it may look like.
It appears, though, that the fans are far from happy with the design, and they have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts on the matter. You can see some of the best comments from the social media platform below.
I’m a bit of a traditionalist and don’t like flashy kits. I prefer the simplicity of the past – plain red shirts with white trim and a LFC badge with the Liver Bird, nothing more is required. I like the new Nike one and it harks back to that era.

Wish lfc stick with nb, not the highest brand like nike but their kit design has been great..

Looks cheap, tacky and designed with no thought

Never liked green/teal on any LFC strip. Not appropriate at all for the home shirts.

horrible if true.
