Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern are gearing up for a massive game in the Championship this weekend as their play-off hopes hang by a thread.
Indeed, only a win against Norwich will keep their top six chances alive whilst they’re also going to need the sides above them to slip up if they are to get back in at this late stage in the year.
Of course, it has still been a good season for the Whites and the hope is that even if they don’t make it back into the play-offs come the end of the year, next year will yield promotion.
That, though, will depend on whether key players stay at the club and it does appear that Pontus Jansson will be beginning a new deal in July to stay with the Whites.
That, at least, is what he has said via Phil Hay on Twitter and so fans have been quick to react.
