The Everton fans in the Transfer Tavern aren’t sure how to feel following their side’s recent business in the Transfer Market.
Whilst losing a player of Romelu Lukaku’s quality is a major blow, it would have been softened by the homecoming of Wayne Rooney who completed the move of fairy tales, with his homecoming to Goodison Park. Alongside Rooney, there has been some major action from the Toffees in the transfer market which has excited their fans in the Tavern.
However, our landlord doesn’t believe that this should be the end of business from Everton and he believes club is crying out for more experience within their side in order to propel themselves into a Champions League spot.
This has sparked up a big debate among the Everton fans in the Tavern. Many can’t believe that there is a feeling that more signings need to be made but many others feel that experience is priceless and are eager to see who their landlord believes their side should make a move for.
So, without delaying any longer, our landlord has presented the two golden oldies that Everton should secure a surprise swoop for…
Olivier Giroud

The Frenchman may well be ousted from Arsenal following their signing of Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon and our landlord believes that Giroud would be a wonderful replacement for Romelu Lukaku.
The Toffees in the Tavern have no complaints about the talk of Giroud joining their club and know that for all his criticism, Giroud is the goalscorer they need at their club.
Needing a physical presence up front, the Frenchman could go some way into replacing Lukaku in that regard.
Jamie Vardy

A different type of striker to Romelu Lukaku, our landlord feels that Jamie Vardy would be a fantastic signing for Ronald Koeman and his men.
The Toffees fans in the Tavern have many views on this but the common view is that Vardy could really do with a fresh start and joining the Koeman revolution could well do the Leicester man the world of good.
Would be quite the sight.
