‘One Draxler please’ - Liverpool fans urge club to take advantage of Euro giants’ predicament

Liverpool had a great season last term, and our resident Reds are eager for Jurgen Klopp to capitalise on it. He’s made a fantastic start to the summer, but now it’s all about going to the next level.

For now, the Reds don’t appear to be close to any major deals, but that isn’t stopping the fans over on Reddit from speculating.

Reports have emerged over the last few days (Omnisport via Goal), stating that PSG are going to need to sell a few players in order to raise the funds to avoid Financial Fair Play (FFP) restrictions. The French giants, of course, have spent a lot of money over the years – and now they must ensure that it doesn’t come back to bite them.

As of yet, Liverpool have not directly been linked with any big names – but that isn’t stopping the talk from building.

Liverpool supporters have taken to Reddit this week to discuss the news, and it’s fair to say that they want their club to capitalise. They’re calling for a handful of players to move to the club, from Neymar to Julian Draxler, even if they recognise that moves won’t be easy.

Liverpool, of course, are in need of further attacking depth, and so a player like Draxler would provide that. That being said, it won’t be easy.
