Nottingham Forest fans will be hugely disappointed with their side’s draw yesterday as they had the perfect opportunity to put the pressure on the sides above them in the race for a play-off spot.
Forest have done a rather solid job under Martin O’Neill, despite not hitting top form just yet, as they’re still in with a shout of securing a play-off spot.
And, one thing that could provide O’Neill and the fans with a boost is one of Forest’s star men returning from injury.
What’s the news?
Lewis Grabban, who is valued at £4.05 million (by Transfermarkt), has been out of action since mid-February with an ankle injury.
But, Martin O’Neill is hoping the striker will return at the end of the month or in early-April, according to Nottinghamshire Live:
Indeed, the Forest boss provided this positive update:
“He has got onto the grass now, which is good. I think we should be able to see him after the break. He has been out some time now.”

Nottingham Forest fans will be over the moon after hearing news that Grabban could return in the near future, as he was one of the standout performers prior to suffering his injury, producing 16 goals in all competitions.
Rotherham United and Swansea City will be two tough tests for Forest, so they’ll be desperate to welcome Grabban back into their ranks as he’ll add more of a deadly touch in the final third.
Indeed, one thing that’s let the Midlands club down in recent times has been their consistency in front of goal, especially from the strikers, as Jack Colback has been the only goalscorer in the last two games.
