Everton: Fans against bringing Djibril Sidibe in on permanent deal

The Everton faithful aren’t on board with the idea of a permanent Djibril Sidibe move.
A report from French outlet L’Equipe (via Sport Witness) has stated that the defender could be available to Everton this summer for a cut price, as Ligue 1 team Monaco are hoping to try and balance their books.
The Toffees signed the Frenchman on loan last summer when Marco Silva was still holding the reins, however, it’s unclear whether the club plan on keeping Sidibe beyond his loan spell. But Monaco have made it clear that they are ‘ready to lower’ the asking price in order to offload him in the next transfer window and make back some funds.
Should Everton make Djibril Sidibe's loan move permanent?
Yes

No

Twitter fan account @ToffeeTVEFC has relayed the information, but fellow Blues fans aren’t keen on seeing him stay at Goodison. One fan has tweeted ‘He’s good enough for a Marco Silva side’ which is of course, an era supporters would like to move on from.

Another Toffee has slammed Sidibe saying ‘he’s garbage’. The Frenchman has certainly put in a mixed bag of performances, with his most recent match (against Chelsea) rated a poor 6.4 by Sofascore. In that match, he lost the ball 22 times and was dribbled past three times.
No way. He’s garbage. A couple of tremendous crosses but knock it past him and you are away 100% of the time

It appears the majority of fans are singing from the same hymn sheet when it comes to keeping Sidibe on board, and many wouldn’t be happy if the club spent money on bringing him in.
He was better as a winger than a defender as always caught out.

Was caught out too many times. Foremost he’s a defender and he can’t defend.
