Manchester United: Red Devils fans react to Bruno Fernandes winning PFA Player of the Month - Manchester United

Loads of Manchester United fans are delighted after it was recently announced Bruno Fernandes has won the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month award for February. One member of the Old Trafford faithful described the 25-year-old as an “alpha” player.

Fernandes won a whopping 58% of the vote, beating club captain Harry Maguire and the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Richarlison to the award. Both United players received the same monthly rating on WhoScored (via Football FanCast) as the Red Devils won 3 out of 5 games in February, including a dominant 5-0 victory over Belgian side Club Brugge in the Europa League.

Having moved to Old Trafford from Sporting Lisbon in January for a reported £49.5m fee, the Portuguese midfielder has bagged 2 goals and provided 3 assists in just 5 games in the Premier League. His current market value stands at £54m (Transfermarkt).
