It’s been another cracking afternoon for Everton fans here in the Transfer Tavern after Ronald Koeman’s side comfortably dispatched Burnley 3-1 at Goodison Park.
In a potential bannana skin affair, the Toffees came out on top against a Clarets side that has caused many of the top sides difficulties at times this season.
But away from home, Sean Dyche’s men aren’t nearly as strong as they are at Turf Moor and goals from Romelu Lukaku, Phil Jagielka and a Ben Mee strike helped the Toffees to all three points to get a real party atmosphere going in the Blue corner of the pub.
Koeman’s side are beginning to pick up some real form as the season comes to a close and they’re beginning to close in on a place in the top-six and move fifth after the win.
