The Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern have been turning their noses up at this rumour that has seen them linked to PSG midfielder and Tottenham Hotspur target, Adrien Rabiot. According to France Football, via The Mirror, the North London clubs are frontrunners to sign the midfielder, although Arsenal fans aren’t best pleased.
According to reports in France, Arsenal are set to rival Tottenham for the signing of Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

Unai Emery worked with Rabiot in his time as PSG boss and the midfielder would be an interesting addition to the Arsenal squad. The fans who pack out The Emirates every week have got their hearts set on signing Sampdoria and Uruguay midfield man, Lucas Torreira, and if the move for Rabiot scuppers that deal then they will not be pleased with the antics of their new Spanish gaffer.
This is one battle that Arsenal fans seem to be happy to let Tottenham win. The Lilywhites will need Rabiot much more than them as they could be set to lose their Belgian maestro midfielder, Mousa Dembele this summer. If Tottenham do secure the PSG man’s signature it will be an interesting watch to see how he fares and whether the Gunners will regret passing up on the classy midfielder.
