Joe Aribo put in a fine performance for Rangers in their recent 3-0 win against Hibernian and has since gained recognition from the SPFL and supporters for doing so.
The 23-year-old managed to get his name on the scoresheet on the day, leading to his inclusion in the SPFL Team of the Week.
For some Rangers supporters, it was thoroughly deserved as they took to Twitter to laud him for his goal.
Aribo’s strike against Eddie May’s side was only his second SPFL goal of the campaign, though the Ibrox faithful will be quick to point out the creative influence he has brought to the team.
In 15 outings in Scottish football’s top division, the Nigeria international has been able to muster up six assists, making up for his lack of goals.
Next up for Aribo and Rangers is the visit of Kilmarnock when the SPFL resumes on Boxing Day.
