Rangers: Fans rage at Ewan Murray tweet

In recent years, there has arguably never been a better time than right now to be a Glasgow Rangers fan.
The Ibrox outfit are currently top of the Premiership with a huge 11-point lead, whilst Steven Gerrard has also led them to the top of their Europa League group along with Benfica. In fact, they have gone 21 games without defeat in all competitions so far this campaign, keeping clean sheets in 17 of those games.
Still, despite that success, it seems the supporters are unable to forget their ill-feeling towards the Scottish FA. The governing body has been embroiled in a controversy recently, with there being a coronavirus outbreak amongst the national team squad. SFA chief executive Ian Maxwell has even been forced to apologise to the Scottish clubs.
Are you a fan of Ewan Murray?
Yes

No

Journalist Ewan Murray shared part of Maxwell’s statement in a tweet and it attracted the attention of some Gers supporters. They took the opportunity to slam the SFA for their latest negligence, and they took to Twitter to do so.

A joke of an organisation running, or ruining, our game!

Imagine clubs had to send their covid officer to the Scotland camp and test their players after the SFA opted not to despite positive tests from backroom staff…

In other news, this Rangers star has been tipped to leave within the next year.
