Rangers: Fans hammer Ewan Murray tweet

Glasgow Rangers fans have slammed comments from journalist Ewan Murray.

The Gers were in action on Thursday against Lech Poznan in the Europa League, with Cedric Itten and Ianis Hagi netting the two goals. As a result, the Ibrox outfit topped their group in the European competition, which is the latest success in what has already been an impressive campaign to date.

During the match against their Polish opponents, Murray decided to put out a rather bizarre tweet. He took aim at those who look at who provides the assist for a goal, saying that they should be “dealt with appropiately” and that the whole idea is nothing but a craze that has never been a thing.

It is hard to know where to begin with his comments, but the Gers fans did their best as they took to the social media platform to respond.
