Rangers fell behind in the title race last night after being held to a 2-2 draw away to bitter rivals Aberdeen.

Indeed, Steven Gerrard’s men threw a two-goal lead away at Pittodrie after Scott Arfield and Ryan Jack had them leading within half an hour, though the Light Blues failed to see the game out and allowed the Dons to snatch a point through goals from Jon Gallagher and Andrew Considine.
As per BBC Sport, the title-challengers were ‘made to rue defensive mistakes’ and the Athletic’s Jordan Campbell noted how both Connor Goldson and Filip Helander struggled for composure and the dropped points were made all the more sickening following Celtic’s late win at home to Hamilton.
With that in mind, late in the game as the visitors looked for a winner, Gerrard’s decision to take the attack-minded Ryan Kent off for central defender Nikola Katic had fans fuming. Kent, who has scored three times this season, was sacrificed late on and, while that could have been to protect the result, the fact Gerrard opted to haul him off in injury time caused a stir online.
So, having said that, here’s a look at some of the reaction.
