Liverpool: Fans unhappy with Sky Sports’ Premier League update

It is still up in the air if the Premier League will even restart this season, and that is likely to be playing on the minds of Liverpool fans up and down the country and across the world.

The current pandemic led to the campaign being postponed in March, and a football has not been kicked in almost two months. The top flight has reiterated their desire to play the end of the campaign, but as the United Kingdom has become the second most affected nation in terms of deaths behind the USA, it surely remains unsafe to resume in the near future at least.

Many have expressed reservations, including four Premier League doctors according to Sky Sports. The division had targetted restarting training in small groups on May 18th, but some do not believe it would be wise to do so.

No doctors have expressed reservations. All doctors were asked for input and four have replied with questions that will be answered once the government give their update on Sunday.
