Ryan Fraser was in stunning form for Bournemouth last season.
The Scotland international registered 14 assists in the Premier League, which was only beaten by former Chelsea star Eden Hazard, who now plies his trade for Real Madrid. The 26-year-old stood out at Dean Court, and that has, unsurprisingly, attracted the interest of several top English clubs.
It is being said that Arsenal are leading the way for his signature – as per TEAMtalk. TalkSPORT, though, have reminded fans that Liverpool have held advanced talks with Fraser in the past.
This latest reports in regards to the former Aberdeen man has got many of the club’s supporters talking, and it seems they are rather unhappy to have ever been linked with with the speedster – one fan even called him a waste of space – and it appears they would rather he join the London outfit. That is perhaps due to his dip in form this term, indeed he has managed just one goal and four assists in the league (Transfermarkt).
They have made their feelings known on social media platform Twitter with one suggesting that the club’s owners are looking for a cheaper option – Fraser will be a free agent this summer. You can see some of the best reactions to the speculation below.
