Rangers fans here in the Tavern are desperate for their side to inflict defeat on Celtic tomorrow, as they’re yet to get the better of the Hoops in the current campaign.
Graeme Murty heads into arguably the most important game left in Rangers’ season in a bad position, as another loss against bitter rivals Celtic could see his possible departure become inevitable. Sadly, it looks as if the Bluenoses already face an uphill task, as according to Goal.com’s pre-match team news, Wes Foderingham and Bruno Alves are both extremely doubtful.
Indeed, the Bluenoses can’t afford to make any mistakes in today’s Scottish Premiership fixture against Celtic, after seeing how costly mistakes were in the last meeting between the two sides a couple of weeks back.
Although, the Gers will head into the game with a slightly weakened side as Portuguese veteran Bruno Alves is extremely doubtful, which is something that many of our local residents aren’t too bothered about.
However, it appears that Rangers will be without their star goalkeeper Wes Foderingham, as he’s also listed as extremely doubtful for today’s game and could miss the rest of the season through injury.
Indeed, Rangers already face an uphill task without taking injuries into consideration, but Wes Foderingham and Bruno Alves’ absence will make it difficult for the Bluenoses to come away with anything.
