The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern are at a loss for words after their side’s dismal display against Bournemouth. Though the Blues were clear favourites heading into the game, especially given their recent fine run of form, the Blues were outplayed and outclassed throughout the 90 minutes – and the Cherries were good value for their win as a result.
Nobody in a blue shirt really covered themselves in glory, with a flurry of stars not performing as they have in recent weeks. New signing Ross Barkley looked poor before being hauled off by Antonio Conte, whilst the likes of Pedro and Tiemoue Bakayoko also struggled to make an impact.
However, the player that is drawing the ire of most Chelsea fans is Gary Cahill. The Englishman, who is a regular at Stamford Bridge, was at fault for more than one of Bournemouth’s goals – having been exploited by the likes of Callum Wilson and his Bournemouth teammates.
Chelsea fans have taken to Twitter en masse to talk about the game, and Cahill has been a focal point in their discussions. Indeed, it appears as though supporters have well and truly had enough of the Englishman – with one fan demanding that Chelsea ‘sell him’.

Performance was bad from all the team, but Cahill & Bakayoko were the worst. Cahill shouldn't play in middle coz he's often out of position & too slow.
Bakayoko seems to have lost focus for the past 3-4 months.
