Our Sheffield Wednesday fans here in the Transfer Tavern have been in fine voice since the end of the games last night as they saw results go very nicely for them.
The Owls seem to be reaching form at the perfect time with now just two games to go in the play-offs and whilst they got a very good win over Derby, the likes of Leeds, Huddersfield and Reading all lost.
Wednesday, then, are five points clear of seventh place with just two games to go now and so a play-off challenge looks as though it is going to happen.
And, to make it even sweeter for them, it looks as though it’s Leeds that is going to be the side to miss out.
Naturally, then, the reaction to the Whites’ loss at Burton got quite the reaction and so, with that in mind, here is the best of what was said:
