Sheffield Wednesday take on Manchester City this evening in the fifth round of the FA Cup as they look to get themselves into the quarter-finals.
It’s been a frustrating period for Sheffield Wednesday with inconsistency in the league set to cost them a shot in the play-offs.
At points this season, they have looked like real contenders for the top six but they have not managed to replicate that enough and it looks as though they might have to contend with a top-half finish at best.
Even so, they get a free swing in the cup tonight against a Manchester City side looking to win the FA Cup once again this season.
Garry Monk, going into the game, has discussed how he wants his players to be fully committed in this one, more so than they have in recent league matches, and this is the XI he has tasked to do the job:
