Sheffield Wednesday take on Nottingham Forest this weekend in the Sky Bet Championship as they look to bounce back from a heavy loss at Brentford on Saturday.
The Owls have been massively inconsistent this season and many fans have called for serious change at the club, with several of the players coming in for criticism in recent weeks.
Indeed, the theory is that the players are not pulling their wait – or at least many of them are not – and that they need to prove themselves instead of letting each new manager they get carry the can.
Garry Monk, then, is now the latest under pressure after recent results and this game against Forest at the weekend could be huge in terms of his future at Hillsborough.
With that in mind, then, fans have been discussing what he needs to do to turn things around this season after Dom Howson shared his thoughts – though some cannot see him lasting much longer.
Let’s look at what has been said:

People forget that Bruce gave this lot a slagging off after the QPR defeat on the last day of last season. It seems they can only play under a brand new manager.

The only thing Garry can do to put it right is leave his position
