Sheffield Wednesday are certain play-off contenders at the moment in the Sky Bet Championship but results like the one they got last night will prevent them from achieving anything more.
The Owls have had a promising season so far but it has been tinged with inconsistency and dropping points in games that they should have won.
Last night, they could have had the match against Derby County sewn up at half-time, such was the dominance they enjoyed in the first period.
They could not kill things off, though, and the Rams eventually found themselves a way back into the game with the final score settling at 1-1.
A frustrating night for Owls fans undoubtedly but Steven Fletcher was at least one man that earned the praise of onlooking supporters.
