Sheffield Wednesday take on Manchester City this evening for a place in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
The Owls have had an up and down season and it has largely been plagued by inconsistency. Indeed, though they are in contention mathematically, it is hard to make a case for them to make the play-offs this season until they get to a point where they can string results together.
At home, in particular, they have struggled for form and fans will just hope that only applies to the league as they take on the champions of England tonight. That poor form in mind, though, the Player of the Month award was always going to spark a reaction for February and so it has.
Jacob Murphy won the fan vote, so let’s take a look at what has been said as the club hopes for a more productive March from more of its players.
I thought we had all agreed to not vote this month
