It is no secret that Sheffield Wednesday are in a precarious financial position.

Selling their best players would help to alleviate any of the pressure the Hillsborough outfit are currently under, however, it appears those men will not be prised away cheaply.

However, The Sun journalist has revealed that Sheffield Wednesday will command a fee of £14million to allow him to leave the club.
Steve Bruce will want to keep his best players at Sheffield Wednesday beyond January and Forestieri is one man that will surely fall into that category.
The Verdict:
The Argentine forward has been one of their best players over the past couple of seasons, however, he has found it difficult to get going in the current campaign.
Considering that the striker has been out injured for the majority of the season and has failed to make a real impact so far in the campaign, a £14m fee seems rather high.
However, once he does return to full fitness and can get back firing, he could be the difference that The Owls need to start climbing back up the Championship table.
