‘Sign players and stop posting this’ - Chelsea fans are not happy with their club

The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern are feeling pretty angry at the moment. Whilst their Premier League rivals continue to invest and improve their respective teams in the close-season, the Blues are yet to get started.

Indeed, it’s been radio silence from the Blues on all things transfer related as of late, with their managerial situation still not sorted and seemingly little focus being placed on the recruitment of new players.

Clearly, given how much the Blues struggled last season, that’s a problem for the club.

Nonetheless, over on Twitter, the club appear to be ignoring all of their problems, with unrelated social posts still being made on a daily basis.

Naturally, what is being posted isn’t what the Chelsea faithful are looking for. Unfortunately for him, Davide Zappacosta has been caught in the crossfire today, with the Italian’s birthday being celebrated on Chelsea’s official account.

Fans, though, aren’t too happy. Whilst some are sending their well wishes, others are coming with a more negative message. Some are calling for him to be sold, whilst others are simply demanding that the Blues bring in some new players. Either way, fans aren’t happy.
