Sign these 3 players and Chelsea will win the title easily

Antonio Conte has finally exited Stamford Bridge, and made way for fellow Italian Maurizio Sarri.

There is still lots of work to be done if Chelsea are to challenge for the Premier League title. Antonio Conte won the Premier League in his first season with the Blues, but Sarri has a very difficult task ahead to achieve the same feat as his compatriot.

Chelsea fans will be hoping Sarri utilises his knowledge of Italian football to bring some of the best talents in Serie A to South-West London. The Italian has so far added Jorginho from former club Napoli, for £57m on a five-year deal. The Brazilian is a good start to transfer proceedings, but the Blues need more to make their faithful truly believe they could win the Premier League next term.

Last season’s finish of fifth, playing lacklustre football, was a far cry from the Chelsea teams in recent memory. Despite an FA Cup win, it will have been viewed as a seriously under par season by most Blues fans.

With the other teams in and around them are making plenty of signings, Chelsea need to spend or risk getting left behind by their rivals. With the amount of arrivals at Liverpool and Arsenal, Chelsea must be feeling the pressure to add some much-needed quality to their squad.

With that in mind, here are three signings which would surely secure the title for the Blues next season…

Alvaro Morata just did not seem to work out last season, he certainly wasn’t the replacement for Diego Costa the club would have wished for.

The Argentinian is a goal scoring phenomenon. In the 2015/16 season, he netted an incredible 36 goals in 35 serie A appearances for Sarri’s Napoli. His goal scoring record at Juventus is still very impressive, despite not quite matching his feats in the Naples. At 30 years of age, he could come and make an immediate impact in London. With Higuain, Chelsea would be buying the finished product.

Sarri should do everything to get this deal over the line, it would take them from an outside chance of a top-4 finish, to genuine title contenders.

The big Serbian midfielder would be a fantastic signing for Chelsea.

The Lazio midfielder has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge. Sarri needs to get this deal over the line before another club comes in for the Serb.

He would be a huge presence for the Blues in the middle. The player is a serious threat from set-pieces due to his height, and has scored plenty of goals for Lazio. He has a fantastic work-rate, and would certainly help Chelsea to dominate and control games.

Still aged just 23, Milinkovic-Savic could patrol the Chelsea midfield for many years to come, the club should work tirelessly to move the player from Rome to London.

6ft 5 centre back Kalidou Koulibaly would be a perfect addition for Sarri’s Chelsea.

Centre defence looked to be one area the Blues really lacked in last season. Stamford Bridge was once a fortress, but it was a fortress no more last season.

The Senegalese centre-back has played a crucial role in the success of Napoli in recent years. He scored a last minute winner for Napoli against eventual Champions Juventus in the last campaign, showing he contributes more to the game than just defensive qualities.

With Gary Cahill reaching the twilight of his career, this looks to be the perfect signing for Chelsea. With Maurizio Sarri’s link to former club Napoli, it looks very possible the Blues could get this crucial deal over the line.
