Our Huddersfield fans here in the Transfer Tavern have certainly been enjoying their celebrations since yesterday afternoon after they won the play-off final.
In truth, it was a poor game at Wembley against Reading with both sides clearly feeling the weight of what it could mean to both win and lose respectively.
In the end, though, the men from Yorkshire won the game on penalties and can now look forward to playing against some of the best sides in the country.
For sure, then, they’ve been quick to celebrate but they’ve also given the Leeds fans stick, thanks to their local rivalry.
Indeed, Huddersfield player Kasey Palmer got involved on Twitter – leaving many to respond rather rapidly.
