Many Southampton fans were left waxing lyrical over James Ward-Prowse as the midfielder put in another solid display on Saturday afternoon.
The £16.2m-rated playmaker has been in terrific form for the Saints recently, having bagged himself four goals and four assists in his 25 appearances for Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side this season (per TransferMarkt).
Indeed, he may not have had a direct influence on the result in regards to the scoresheet against Huddersfield Town in their FA Cup third-round meeting on Saturday, however fans were still left impressed with what they saw from the 25-year-old.
Many of them had jumped on to Twitter to share their praise for Ward-Prowse, with some suggesting he is one of the most important players for Southampton at the moment and helps to make them tick.
Others had pointed out to the engine that the Englishman has, with some finding it hard to believe how he continues to keep going every time.
